Excuse me…This is Not the Life I Ordered: Radically Accepting What Is
Life is not a restaurant where we get exactly what we order. It’s more like the old school cafeteria where someone else made the decision about what we were going to eat and then plopped it on your plate…whether we like it or not.
So how do we accept the things that we are given and find the joy and happiness while at the same time not burying our grief and sorrow only to suffer the long term consequences?
Cheri helps participants learn how look at both sides of the continuum and then put strategies in place to find the positives in life’s mishaps.
She knows this dance very well. She has two special needs kids on own plate and has had to practice what she is preaching.
Through her funny and heart-warming stories, Cheri will help you learn to reframe emotional pain not as something to avoid but rather something to embrace. She will teach you how to find the funny in the frustrating in order to save your sanity. And lastly… learn how to find the real blessings in all that you have on your plate.
