Laugh every day. No really, do what you have to do to have a pee-your-pants laugh everyday.
Ditch the people in your life that suck the life out of you.
Add new words to your lexicon that inspire you. My favorite words are Delicious and Moxie and Radical.
Build your “Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway” muscle.
Sleep when you are tired. Duh!
Make a list of people that inspire you and then study them. (for me…Ellen DeGeneres and Tina Fey).
Throw away things you no longer love and replace them with things that make your heart smile.
Set a goal or goals that scare the blue blazes out of you.
Create a play list of songs that make you feel like you can do anything!!!!!
Eliminate sugar as often as possible…unless it comes in the form of dark chocolate…then go for it.
Pick an area of your life that needs improvement and put some money, time and energy toward it.
Cultivate friendships with people who are Possibility Thinkers.
Fill your space with visual reminders of how you want to LEAP!
Get great photos of yourself. You will be glad you did.
Take a big bold action every week toward your Big Bodacious Goal.
Find a friend or colleague to be your accountability partner. Then use one another.
Schedule time off to just be. Do it now!
Take your vitamins.
Write yourself a love note on your bathroom mirror.
Give of yourself freely.
Smile even when you don’t feel like smiling. You will feel better.
Make a commitment to eliminate or decrease your intake of news and negativity.
Say what you mean, mean what you say, don’t say it mean.
Say No if the answer is not a “Hell Yes!”
Make your big goals known to the world.
Ask for help.
Expect miracles to happen and be thankful when they show up.
